New composition of the LEUCO AG Executive Board from September 1, 2024

Further development in success / continuation in change 

                       

With effect from September 1, 2024, the LEUCO AG Board of Directors will have a new formation.

 

With Daniel Schrenk, Roland Günther and Frank Seifert, LEUCO is relying on long-standing expertise in the company and in the woodworking industry.

 

After more than 18 years on the Supervisory Board of LEUCO AG, including many years as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and after more than 12 years as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Frank Diez will be retiring.

 

Chairman of the Supervisory Board Hans-Jürgen Döringer: "During his era, LEUCO was reorganized, massively improved in all key performance indicators and became a technological pacesetter in product and production technology."

 

In the newly formed Board of Directors, engineering graduate Daniel Schrenk will be responsible as spokes-man of the board for Sales, Marketing and Human Resources, building on his many years of experience as LEUCO Managing Director.

 

Frank Seifert, who holds a degree in business administration, will be responsible as member of the board for Finance and Controlling, Materials Management and IT, building on his decades of experience and excellent network as CFO of the LEUCO Group.

 

Roland Günther, a mechanical engineer and operations manager and until now responsible for production and service at the LEUCO Group's German parent company, will in future be responsible for Production, Service and Technology as a member of the Board of Directors and will drive forward technology development at Group level.
