After more than 24 years as Managing Director of LEUCO GB in Bishops Stortford, Steve Limbrick has retired. Carlton Heathcote, known as Carl, has been appointed as Managing Director since the beginning of January 2025.

The 58-year-old has previously worked in the areas of engineering, sales and project management in the wood, machine and tool industry. He would like to use his many years of experience and expertise to continue to offer the high-quality tool standard together with the competent LEUCO staff and to further expand the advantages for the customers.

LEUCO GB historically have been market leaders and innovators in panel production within GB it is my goal to drive us to the top. We are expanding our tooling range to include composite tools together with our colleagues from Horb and also partner TWT for solid wood solutions including window tooling.

LEUCO GB was founded in 1982. Today, LEUCO GB is a leading provider of new tools, sharpening services and advice on machine tools for the woodworking and furniture industry in Great Britain and has a payroll staff of 37 people over 3 sites (Bishops Stortford, Cleckheaton/West Yorkshire and Bristol) within GB.
